the location was really good. it allowed easy access to major points of interest. i could walk to the louvre easily. the hotel has restaurants and cafes nearby that are worth experiencing.
the staff was not responsive to emails prior to my arrival. my request for a rollaway bed remained unanswered. i had to wait an hour after i arrived for the night manager to set it up. housekeeping was already gone for the day. breakfast was expensive considering what it offered.
